We've been fawning over the new adidas 11Pro since seeing them on the feet of Toni Kroos and Xabi Alonso. Now adidas have pulled back the curtains on their third-generation 11Pro silo with an end-of-year revamp that's surely its most significant yet, promising a stylish mix of old and new blood.
The heritage-inspired boot goes back to its roots while incorporating new features which adidas boast offer "the most comfortable and premium fit to date.” The all-new design gives the "Black/White/Flash Orange" colourway a twist in character with central colour blocking - something that’s sure to be a dividing feature - while also bringing back memories of the original adiPURE, with a classic black canvas and three white stripes.
Taking another step back to the original adiPURE models, the new 11Pro welcomes the return of K-Leather (in place of Taurus Leather) that is ingrained upon on an all-new “skeleton” construction in the forefoot and heel that allows the boots to offer an enhanced fit. The skeleton upper allows adidas to remove all stitching on the forefoot of the boot while still offering maximum stability. The new 11Pro will be given its official debut outing this weekend across all major European leagues.
The new adidas 11pro Black/White/Flash Orange is available to pre-order from today at selected adidas stockists including Pro-Direct Soccer.
