adidas ACE 15.1 "Solar Blue" : Football Boots : Soccer Bible

adidas expand their squad of ACE 15.1 editions by introducing a tried and tested pitcher of paint which washes across the control silo's technology covered upper.

Leaning on a trusted colour combination we've previosuly seen on the launch edition of the adiPower Predator in 2011 adidas wrap the ACE 15.1 in "Solar Blue/Solar Yellow/Core Black" to finally create a version of the boot that switches around the blast of colour from the heel counter to move it to the front of the upper. 



A quick tech low-dwon sees the boot covered in a web-like material that is aptly named 'Control Web' in order to give supreme ball control, the key feature that we ran the rule over in our 'Laced Up' review. For further enchanced control adidas have treated the ACE15 with a layer of 'NSG' (Non-stop grip) across the upper which performs in all conditions using 3D dots that create added friction between the boot and ball.
